Jun Zuan Ang (thisisjz) is a Singapore-based creative whose work is rooted in observation, memory and everyday life. Working between design and art, his practice spans objects, drawings and concepts, reframing the familiar through found materials, quiet absurdity and subtle humour.

While spending over a decade in graphic design as his profession, he often sneaks away from practice to pursue art. His ongoing body of work is largely documented on Instagram and TikTok under the moniker thisisjz, in the simple hope of making people’s day.

Beyond his personal practice, he is also part of the cartoon collective highnunchicken, and ChildrenHoldingGuns — a National Service satirical gift-shop-turned-meme project.
